Content & Media Lead

Capture the mission in motion. The Content & Media Lead documents Esprit Wellness Foundation’s events, programs, and milestones through high-quality photos, videos, and digital content. This role helps tell our story visually and professionally across platforms.

• Photograph and film Esprit events, activities, and interviews
   
• Edit and organize content for use on social media, website, and promotional materials
   
• Collaborate with Marketing Lead on post timing, captions, and campaign assets
   
• Maintain organized folders of media (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
   
• Assist with content planning and creating media for upcoming events

• Skilled in photography, videography, and basic editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
   
• Passionate about storytelling, branding, and visual impact
   
• Owns or has access to a camera, phone with great quality, or editing tools
   
• Creative eye and interest in social causes, fitness, or veteran storytelling is a plus

Flexible — about 2–3 hours/month (varies depending on event schedule)

All roles are currently volunteer-based as we build toward stable nonprofit funding and the development of the Esprit Veteran Recreation & Wellness Center. Founding team members will be recognized for their contributions and considered first for future paid opportunities.
