Finance/Donations Manager

Ensure the financial health, transparency, and growth of Esprit Wellness Foundation by managing budgets, tracking donations, and supporting fundraising initiatives.

• Record and track all donations, including in-kind gifts and online contributions
   
• Maintain a basic budget for chapter operations and report monthly to leadership
   
• Assist in drafting grant applications, fundraising appeals, and sponsor reports
   
• Work with the Event and Outreach teams to coordinate donation tracking for campaigns
   
• Help ensure responsible, ethical use of funds aligned with EWF’s mission

• Detail-oriented and highly responsible
   
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic finance tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
   
• Background in finance, accounting, nonprofit management, or economics preferred
   
• Understands donor stewardship and confidentiality

Approximately 1–2 hours per week, with flexible timing around campaign cycles

All roles are currently volunteer-based as we build toward stable nonprofit funding and the development of the Esprit Veteran Recreation & Wellness Center. Founding team members will be recognized for their contributions and considered first for future paid opportunities.
