Operation Ready is an Esprit Wellness Foundation initiative designed to prepare future enlistees for success in their transition into military life. Whether entering the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force, or Coast Guard, this program equips young adults with the financial tools, mental preparedness, family readiness, and educational insight needed to thrive from day one.
By offering workshops, resources, and mentorship, Operation Ready ensures future service members start their journey with knowledge, confidence, and a built-in support network — reducing unnecessary stress and setting the stage for long-term success in and beyond the military.
Financial Preparedness

Mental & Physical Resilience

Military Benefits Education
An overview of the GI Bill, healthcare, housing allowances, military pay structure, promotions, and long-term career opportunities in and out of uniform.
Many new enlistees enter the military unaware of the lifestyle changes, stressors, and responsibilities ahead. This lack of preparation can lead to preventable issues — from financial mismanagement and poor mental health to relationship breakdowns and performance setbacks.
Operation Ready bridges that gap by offering future service members a clear, supportive path into the military. The goal is not just to help them survive basic training, but to step into military life with strength, purpose, and stability — both for themselves and their families.
