Outreach & Partnerships Lead

Help grow Esprit Wellness Foundation’s impact by forming meaningful connections with local businesses, community leaders, sponsors, and nonprofit collaborators. This role focuses on building the relationships that power our mission forward.

• Identify and reach out to potential sponsors, donors, and partners
   
• Build and maintain relationships with organizations aligned with EWF’s mission
   
• Represent Esprit in meetings, networking events, and local outreach opportunities
   
• Work with the Events and Finance teams to support campaigns and funding efforts
   
• Maintain a basic CRM or outreach tracker to monitor follow-ups and relationships

• Outgoing and confident communicator
   
• Background in sales, nonprofit outreach, marketing, or customer relations is a plus
   
• Comfortable emailing, calling, and meeting with potential partners
   
• Strong belief in the Esprit mission and ability to advocate for our work

1–3 hours per week (flexible based on availability and outreach needs)

All roles are currently volunteer-based as we build toward stable nonprofit funding and the development of the Esprit Veteran Recreation & Wellness Center. Founding team members will be recognized for their contributions and considered first for future paid opportunities.
