The Director of University & Student Engagement oversees the growth and development of Esprit University Chapters. This role focuses on empowering students — veterans, dependents, and allies — to lead Esprit’s mission on their campuses through service, wellness, and leadership programs.

• Support the launch, structure, and expansion of Esprit chapters at colleges and universities
   
• Serve as a liaison between the national foundation and local student leaders
   
• Guide chapter operations, elections, onboarding, and student engagement strategies
   
• Help align chapter goals with Esprit’s nonprofit mission
   
• Contribute to the growth of student-led fundraising, volunteerism, and wellness events

• Background in higher education, student affairs, ROTC advising, or campus leadership
   
• Strong communicator with a passion for youth development and veteran support
   
• Experience mentoring or coaching students preferred
   
• Organized, reliable, and values leadership through service

2–3 hours/month, flexible

This is a 100% volunteer board position designed for leaders committed to developing the next generation of mission-driven student changemakers.
